Cancellation Policy

Counseling appointments are reserved specifically for you, therefore a 48-hour cancellation notice is required if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. In the event that an appointment is not canceled with 48-hour advance notice (with the exception of medical emergency), you will be charged your session rate. You may pay your fee at your next scheduled appointment, however, no additional appointments will be scheduled until the charge has been paid.

If you have what is considered a “no-show” appointment, where you missed your appointment and made no contact with your therapist on, before, or after your missed session, you will receive a bill at the same rate as noted above. If you do not contact your therapist about your no-show appointment, you will forfeit any sessions scheduled in your name scheduled for the future. New appointments can be scheduled at any time by consulting with your therapist and paying your no-show fee.
